All agreements, whether oral or written, which have been concluded by the above parties, or have already been concluded, or will be concluded by them during the period of validity of this agreement, insofar as they will not be ratified by the Y.A.P., they will not be valid, and will in no way oblige the parties.

5. All related questions that may eventually arise in a relation to this agreement will be resolved by the management of the Y.A.P., Will they not be valid, and will in any case not oblige the parties.
