Dear God, may those boys who go forth to make
secure our homes be granted safety. May they see the
fulfillment of the ideals for which they are giving so
much.

    Dear God, we ask, guide us so that all humanity may
enjoy life as thou would have it, in peace, in content-ment,
in friendliness with their neighbors.

    May our Country, the emblem of all that is good, ever triumph. May those who lead us, our beloved President, our Legislature, he guided by the holy light.

May we who serve humbly never forget the aged, the crippled, the stricken. may we do our duty in a way that
is acceptable to thee.

    May we always be united. One Flag, One Hand, One Nation Evermore, so that our blessed Freedom shall not perish from this earth. Dear God, bless our beloved President Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
