From the New York Times, April 1, 1936:

YIDDISH STAGE PAYS HONOR TO J.R. SCHIFF
Dinner Given to Theatre Patron Under Auspices of the Hebrew Actors Union.

Actors, managers, musicians, chorines, prompters -- all the elements of the Yiddish theatre world foregathered to honor Jacob R. Schiff, lawyer and theatre patron, at a dinner held last night at the Central Plaza, 111 Second Avenue, under the auspices of the Hebrew Actors Union and affiliated organizations.

Neither producer nor "angel" in the usual sense, Mr. Schiff occupies a unique position as patron of the Yiddish stage, with which he has been associated for many years. In the last half-dozen years he has helped most of the Yiddish playhouses of the city, at one time or another, to get under way at the season's start, before the box-offices could gather momentum to carry on. He is known also for his generous aid to individuals.

William Rolland of the Public Theatre was chairman of the arrangements committee, and B.C. Vladeck, manger of The Forward, toastmaster. The speakers included Reuben Guskin, manager of the Hebrew Actors Union; Adolf Held, president of the Amalgamated Bank; Abe Sincoff, president of the Yiddish Theatrical Alliance, and Joseph Rumshinsky, composer. There were 250 persons present.

MIDNIGHT TESTIMONIAL SUPPER
Tendered to Irving Jacobson
on the occasion of his 50th birthday
Hotel Commodore
November 22, 1950

At the time of the testimonial, Irving Jacobson was both actor and producer for the show, "Mazel Tov, Molly," which starred Molly Picon. This fete was sponsored by a committee in the Yiddish theatrical field, headed by Molly Picon, Jacob Kalich and Joseph Rumshinsky. The event marked a duel occasion -- his association for twenty-five years in Yiddish theatre, and the celebration of his fiftieth birthday. -- from the New York Times, October 24, 1950.

NO INFORMATION IS KNOWN ABOUT THIS TESTIMONIAL ...
... but you can see (especially when you enlarge this image), the profile of a woman that
is placed within the wreath, no doubt the woman for whom the testimonial is for.
By any chance, can you identify the woman in the wreath?
Hebrew Actors Union president Reuben Guskin (at the dais) looks quite young here!

Here is the photo cropped, so you can see the face of the woman whose photo is within the wreath:
